We are using the RaceSignUp system this time.
Competitors must be over 18.
You’ll need to create a log in for each competitor.
Each entry will be able to add additional camping and food for family and friends who’d like to come with them.
Will also be an option to add an event T-Shirt.

Entry Withdrawal
Entries can be withdrawn up to 05/08/2025
Entries maybe transferred to another rider up to 29/08/2025
If you cancel your entry, you will be subject to a £25.00 admin fee as part of your refund. Please read the cancellation policy for full details.
Camp Ground Info
It’s a field, no hook ups, no running water (at this stage).
We’ll be bring loo’s in, possibly a shower trailer and a water bowser.
Please bring a supply of fresh water with you, taps are available but will be 300-400m walk away.
Tents are good.
Campervans we may need to keep you close to the central track. Lo-riders, the entry/exit to the field may not suit.
Caravans, need further consultation with the land manager, currently no (sorry).
Why is there a fee to camp only?
We love non-racers to camp for free, it’ll help cover costs. After costs are paid out the left over money will go to charity, so think of it as a charitable donation.
Camping only option?
Depending on how many entries we get, will depend on how much space we’ll have for extra people.
If you want to come along for the craic, see if you have friend who can add a camping ticket to their entry, no luck there get in contact and we’ll see what we can do.

We’ll do our best to provide options that cover most dietary needs.
