We are using the RaceSignUp system this time.

Competitors must be over 18.

You’ll need to create a log in for each competitor.

Each entry will be able to add additional camping and food for family and friends who’d like to come with them.

There is also the option to add an event T-Shirt.

Entries can be withdrawn up to 05/08/2025

Entries maybe transferred to another rider up to 29/08/2025

If you cancel your entry, you will be subject to a £25.00 admin fee as part of your refund. Please read the cancellation policy for full details.

It’s a field, no hook ups, no running water (at this stage).

We’ll be bring loos in, possibly a shower trailer and a water bowser.

Please bring a supply of fresh water with you, taps are available but will be 300-400m walk away.

Tents are good.

Campervans we may need to keep you close to the central track. Lo-riders, the entry/exit to the field may not suit.

Caravans are now accepted - please contact us first if you wish to bring one.
